Rodney Peterson

I was born in British Columbia, was raised in Saskatchewan, and have lived in Nipawin since 1971. A varied life experience coalesced into 29 years of teaching Physics and several years of running a fruit and vegetable market garden that gave me a tremendous sense of satisfaction and enjoyment. I am a self taught woodturner who has developed many skills from videos and workshops with master woodturners. My source of material is mainly from the floor to the canopy of the Boreal Forest in northeast Saskatchewan.

My hope is that some of my works will give others as much enjoyment as I had in creating them.
